  • ‍Mandatory user account: The customer must create an account with a valid email address to purchase and access the product.
  • An invoice is automatically issued by Poker Sciences after the order. It is available upon request.

4. Warranty and Refund

‍"Money-Back Guarantee":

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase upon simple request to contact@pokersciences.com (this address is managed by humans, so slight delays may occur, especially on weekends).
  • No justification required.
  • ‍Withdrawal: By accepting these GTC, the customer explicitly requests immediate access to the service and waives any right of withdrawal beyond 7 days.

5. Customer Obligations

Non-disclosure:
The content of Spin Preflop Pro is the exclusive property of Poker Sciences SAS and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited under penalty of legal action.

The customer agrees not to exploit, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, or distort any content or databases on the site.

In case of violation, Poker Sciences reserves the right to terminate access without refund and pursue legal action.
