Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to the products or subscriptions (including Poker Spin Tracker) sold by Poker Sciences. We have drafted them as transparently as possible.


Object

These TCS govern the sale of digital products offered by Poker Sciences SAS, whose registered office is located in Besançon (France). By purchasing one of these products, the customer accepts these conditions.

Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit card or bank transfer.

No additional fees apply.

Product access

Digital product: immediate access after payment validation. By validating the order, the customer acknowledges that the purchase is final and does not benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.

User account required: the customer must create an account with a valid email address to purchase the product and access it.

An invoice is automatically generated by Poker Sciences after the order. It is available upon request.

Client obligations

Disclosure prohibition:

The content of Poker Sciences products, such as the Preflop Pack for example, is the exclusive property of Poker Sciences SAS and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The customer agrees not to use, reproduce, represent, modify, publish, transmit, or distort, in whole or in part, any content or databases appearing on the site.

In case of violation, Poker Sciences reserves the right to terminate access without refund and to initiate legal proceedings.
